This is maybe a weird question or a question that can be answered on a later date. it goes about the clan system and maybe also add on thoughts about how the clan system could look. personally i have been playing a lot of MMOrpg's and a lot of games with clan systems. and each game has his own sort of Recruitment Texture / Clan Events / community layouts. Still i see that the Clan System Stage will be moved to the second stage in the development so i was wondering why no one actually also added some comments or questions to it.
Phase 1 Questions
- As community and recruitment manager on my own community i am wondering what the features wil be beneficial for clans / Guilds in this clan system. As i know that certain games only have a Clan name list that feels like a friend list at some sort. would there be any more features to this games clan system?

- As i see, this is an open world and features and opportunities of add-on builds will be added to this game will there be any interaction for clans / guilds to fight it out on the streets or do certain Pve Missions in the game possible to do with Clan / guilds?

- Recruitment systems have been a great no go in games and communities. As u know certain games added systems for recruitment only and still no one is using them becaus a whisper or a shout out on other chat forms is easier. would there be a system or several systems where the recruiter of a clan / guild can easily find players to play with exceeding the possibilities to make clan recruitment much easier and enjoyable?

- Clan Leaders have mostly the most power in the guild still there are clans that have several systems in there clan system. about the systems that will be available for community will it be only 3 different systems (Member / Officer / Leader) or can Clan Leaders appoint certain leadership possibilities to certain players int he clan(player A can only recruit while player b can only delete players) ?

- as Clans like to compete against each other is there a possibility to see a Guild Ranking that focuses on activity points / in-fame or fame points. some sort of ranking system so u could see what is the best community to join.

Phase 1 Questions

Clans on their own have no extra benefits on their own over clan-less players. Both clans and players outside clans can enjoy the same systems.

However, this is due to the "mercenary" system, that allows clans, and smaller groups to temporarily get help from outsiders.

Think of it as using clan funds to hire mercenaries to help in a clan vs clan war. However, we do not want to force players into joining a clan so we try to keep things balanced.

- As i see, this is an open world and features and opportunities of add-on builds will be added to this game will there be any interaction for clans / guilds to fight it out on the streets or do certain Pve Missions in the game possible to do with Clan / guilds?
This is the reason the bigger portions of the clan system have been moved to phase 2 and 3.
Matter of the fact is simple, we don't know yet.

We want to add a territory war system, where an entire district is split up in multiple territories that allow clans to fight over them once a month. And outside of that have clan based missions where clan members can earn clan specific currency, materials or something else to help build up their clan base.

For clans that are unable to claim territory they will still be able to buy a clan base in the social space, but it won't have certain features.

Clans already have their own section on the forums to look for members, but we are planning on expanding that, bringing the clan system to the forums as well, and synchronizing it, since the forums and game are already intertwined (the in-game achievements also being unlocked on the forums) we are planning on synchronizing it on the forums as well.

This will mean for clans as well, that they get their own private sub-forum they can manage themselves, for announcements, chat or other things it will allow them to organize things more easily.

As for recruitment itself, Clan members who are "Officer" rank or above, can post announcements in the "Recruitment" chat in-game, with the added option to use clan tags, e.g [Black Roses] where the text is clickable and brings up a quick overview of the clan

Clan leaders can, similar to how discord works, add multiple groups to the clan and assign permissions to said group, there is no real lock on what kind of permission they allow.

A quick overview of the permissions we're talking about:
[Use Clan Chat]
[Use Clan Base]
[Deposit Clan Materials]
[Withdraw Clan Materials]
[Deposit Clan Money]
[Withdraw Clan Money]
[Add users to clan]
[Modify Clan Base]
[Use Clan Facility]
[Buy Clan Gear] (Clan made clothing/car designs/etc)
etc.

However only the clan "Leader" can disband the clan due to security reasons.

Clans can opt to have a ranking list on the wall in their clan base to showcase how everyone did, however said list will only be updated once a day.
(said list is also available under clan management options)

Apart from that, we will also show publicly each month the top guilds
(Note that most if not all of the above is phase 2, 3 or 4 content.)

To better illustrate what we will try to have in phase 1 clan wise,
We will try to implement the forum functionality for clans ahead of time, to allow existing clans, and new clans to claim their names ahead of time. However we will not be rolling out clan specific systems any time soon.

Thanks for the fast answer on forhand. ( i know its a project for this game added for a later date but in the end i think this is one of the most important features of the game for keeping players as long as possible to this game)
therefore i would like to suggest and add certain new questions to to the table. there is no haste on aswering the questions if u don't want to spoil or add certain information about the game.

As u mention Mercenary system wil be basicly a huge deal in this game. feels like a mercenary is a much wanted subject for small clans. now to state my question. Wil there be then a Clan Based funds that can be used as a payout fund for clan members and Hired mercenary's?
also if this is true wil there be fundamental daily quests or missions be available to get more money in this payout? like Daily missions a clan need to accomplish to gather money for the clan. this can be PVE content and PVP content.

as this gives a hint further for us that there wil be social chill places to enter in this game does this also provide that every player can have his own room or does this mean a clan can chill in a Club type establishment?

i can see that this answer comes back in every game as recruitment chat is in my opinion a terrible way to work with. I am more a fan of some sort Recruitment Board that can offer the information of the skills and proficiancy's a certain player posesses. offering a view on what there character looks like on a warent poster or giving how much kills / deaths it has on a daily basis. also skill shot is maybe an intresting addon to see who is a good player or who has a suspicion in skill shot hacks. in addition to this a clan can look for a player his profile send him a message and offer him certain things / payouts to try to recruit this player.

i m already hyped to seeing this possibility and am looking forward how it wil look =D
